Marina Manager - Experienced Professional Required

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marina Manager to take charge of our prestigious 150-berth marina in Worcester. This is a senior leadership role requiring a hands-on professional who can oversee all aspects of marina operations while delivering exceptional service to our boating community.

The Position:
As Marina Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the marina, managing a team of 6 staff, maintaining facilities to the highest standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will include berth allocation, maintenance scheduling, health & safety compliance, financial management, and marketing activities. You'll be the face of the marina, building relationships with berth holders and promoting the facility to prospective customers.

- Overall management of marina operations and facilities
- Staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Health & safety compliance and risk assessment
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution
- Marketing and business development
- Liaison with external contractors and suppliers
- Emergency response coordination
