General Questions

AnchorExchange is the UK's premier marine marketplace where you can buy and sell boats, marine parts, moorings, find marine jobs, and connect with marine service providers. We're built by boaters for boaters, focusing on trusted listings and verified sellers.

Basic browsing and account creation are free. Some premium features, such as featured listings and enhanced visibility, may require payment. Check our pricing page for details.

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill in your details, verify your email address, and you're ready to start listing or browsing!

Listing Questions

After creating an account, click "Post a Listing" in the navigation menu. Fill in all the required details, upload photos, and submit. Your listing will be reviewed and published once approved.

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. During busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is live.

Yes! You can edit or delete your listings at any time from your account dashboard under "My Listings". Changes to listings may require re-approval.

Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for published listings are non-refundable, but we may consider refunds in cases of system errors or duplicate billing. Contact our support team for assistance.
